Casper Fry opened its doors with the intent and purpose of bringing the community together to eat and drink in a unique and hospitable environment. Named by Wall Street Journal as one of six restaurants to dine at in Spokane, a lot of thought and years of Southern culinary experience have gone into the Southern-inspired menu, taking a modern approach to creating authentic Southern dishes and sourcing locally whenever possible. Skilled bartenders are known for their classically crafted cocktails, and the whiskey program is on point. Meals are prepared in a solid fuel-burning Josper oven which infuses the food with a rich and distinctive smoky flavor.
